Do you deliver additional items?

With a small delivery fee, we can absolutely pick up and deliver additional event items. 

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry up to $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. 

Can you provide more than 2 staff members for an event?

Absolutely, let us know what your needs are and we will provide you with the correct amount of staffing. 

Do I need to make a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking. The deposit will not be refunded. It secures your date for the event and staffing. You can change your date up to six months after your event. Full payment will be due two weeks prior to your event.

What type of payment do you accept?

Types of payment accepted are Credit Card and Cash. 

How far in advance should I reserve your services?

We recommend you reserve your date at least two weeks in advance. We will do our absolute best to accommodate all last minute inquiries.
